I'm a male who works for a company that gives 3 months bonding leave, with both of us giving him constant attention the doctor told us that his motor skills and social skills are at a 4 month which made me so happy. I feel like this should be a standard for any company in the US but it's not and wish it would change because it's a safety concern being that sleep deprived. Well that is my rant
