Was discussing my pay with my boss because I graduate college soon, and he pulled the move of adding my bonuses to my yearly pay then dividing that to get my “real” hourly wage. Then this year he cut my summer bonus, so in his eyes this is a pay decrease. This has left quite a sour taste in my mouth
