Germany, small business, 4 people in total (including my boss)
Alright. So, my boss announced that we all might get a 13th paycheck at the end of the month. However, I might quit soon on a 4 week notice because I ain't getting paid enough and he won't, at all, allow for a couple of home office days at all even though there's a bunch of stuff I could do from home.
Home office is important to me because I have a 5 months old at home I want to be there for more, and I've got a total daily commute of 3 hours…
Also, it took my boss iver a year to befriend the idea, that I might leave 15 minutes early to get an earlier train, because I'm in 20 minutes early each day anyway thanks to the connection. If not, I'll get back home 30 minutes later, so yeah. Past year has been 50 minutes of just fucking sitting around train stations and the office waiting for my shift to start each day.
What do ya'll think I should do, if anything at all, when I get my 13th paycheck, evdn though I'd quit for a way better job opportunity soon after?
