More context about the situation
We are somewhere in europe, the company sees an employee leave every 2 months or so. Boss doesn't know the work he supposedly manages and is borderline gross with women. There is no organization. We have been asked for the passwords we use on our “work facebook accounts” so that he can read our messages with our co-workers. And finally before we were asked for daily reports, we were given a (terribly) written new contract that states that we shouldn't work in another position like our own for 3 years, among other things.
Are all these normal? Should I gtfo?
