boss asked if I still want to work when I asked for a weekend off

I work in a small coffee shop with zero hour contract. There are 5 staff and it’s only me who is full time. I asked for a Friday- Saturday day off, if you ask why such a short notice, well she sends our rota Sunday night for the following week, you could be out on a Sunday and wouldn’t know your rota for the coming week until 6-7pm. Also I already put them on the calendar as per her instructions, not my fault she didn’t checked. Rang me (clearly upset that she will be working weekends) and asked do you even still want to work? I said well yes of course and ranted saying no one wants to work anymore blah blah. Not my fault that when someone wants a week or holidays off, she has to cover because like I said she has staff but everyone are part timers…

That is her business, I will choose family time over her minimum wage any time of the day.
