I’ve texted my boss many times if I can work extra shifts, only for my responses to go read, and there’s been an instance where I was token off the schedule without her telling me and was told on the day of my shift. Whenever she does ask me to come in and cover someone else’s shift I always do it . Even today she’s said I might need to cover someone tomorrow, only for her to tell me 15 mins later if I can do 8 hour shift today , I have a lot school work so i obviously can’t. I tell her I can’t and she replies aggressively, am I just being a cry baby or is it justified the way I’m feeling
