Here's a thought.
1) Get a Gmail account
2) Get a Google voice number
3) Give employer or potential employer Google number
4) Don't attach the Google number to your cell phone,
5) When they call your emergency contact because they can't get a hold of you, remind them the EC is for when something happens to you at work, not for them to find you when someone calls off work and they want to bully you into working on your day off
6) Have everyone at work *that is not an ass kisser* do this
7) When asshole boss is working a rush, whoever is with them needs to go home due to vomiting or blood
8) Enjoy not dealing with the fallout
