They have clocks in the shop that run a few minutes fast, and point to those saying that I need to be earlier.
Also, the first thing I do is clock in, then put on an apron and a mask which takes no longer than 60 seconds.
Am I in the wrong here for clocking in at 4:00 because I walk in at that time, even though it may take a minute or two until I begin doing actual work?
I am prompt, I walk in every day at the exact time I’m scheduled to start. But my bosses have been getting on me lately for not being there “on time”.
Thoughts? I kind of just wanted to vent about this.
And if you couldn’t tell by how I’m treated, I get paid minimum wage + tips working in food service.
