I worked at tacobell from october to march. the first months were great the oay was good for what I was doing ($18/hr, cashier). Then all of a sudden they want me working on the line. Some times I wouldn’t know the ingredients to make things and they would get so mad even though I never got trained on it. One time i told one of the managers on shift “this is not even my position” and he goes “ then get back in the window” and made me cashout the whole night in december with 3 other coworkers there with my same position as punishment( in massachusetts). When school started up again my schedule changed for classes and I told the manager and she agreed then over the course of the next weeks i was getting in trouble with the other managers for not showing up for shifts because she didn’t communicate my change in the schedule or to any shift leads. Then slowly she started dropping my days without telling me anything. I asked her why and she said “your work as a food service champion can use some improvement” like bitch it’s not my job. I put in my two weeks ( with one day a week at that point) and she only let me work one of them lol i came into work on the second to last week and saw I was just removed of the schedule.
icing on the cake was on my last day i slammed my finger in my car door and they make me clean 80% of the restaurant at closing i was in so much pain.
