Boss denied days off request. Good reason to quit?

In mid July I requested 4 days off for the end of September. Manager denied it because “we're understaffed and it wouldn't be fair to your coworkers, but once you start accruing PTO I might be able to give you one day off.” That's when I realized we were understaffed by design. Not to mention they don't tell us what the PTO policy is thereby making it a mystery how long it would take to accrue said time off. Oh, I also work 8+ hours a day with no breaks (a lunch period yes, but no breaks) in a very loud warehouse that doesn't provide us with hearing protection. I make 19.50 an hour, more than I've ever made before, so I feel guilty about leaving, but work/life balance is nonexistent among other issues. I put in my 2 weeks but am very tempted to leave before then. Thoughts?
