So basically I had a second job. Minimum wage was raised in Germany and he didn't raise our wages even though I reminded him. I worked 7 hours + 1 hour unpaid break.
But I didn't get to take the break since I was the only one in the store. So basically one hour stolen.
Then I quit. He was okay with it, thank god.
He was always a little late with payments but my last payment came on the 11th this month, even though it should've been there on the first day of the month.
I reported him for the minimum wage thing. I also tried to report the break violation but the woman basically told me they couldn't justify an investigation for that.
If I stole anything from him I would be investigated but not the other way around? No one cares.
