Hi friends, I really hope someone can help. I work at a very small company (just the boss, and a few assistants including myself) and my boss just died. All of us assistants haven’t been paid in weeks or even months. We can’t find out who his personal attorney is, and his tax guy says he can’t do anything. My boss left everything to his son, who is mentally handicapped and isn’t responding to any of us. How can we go about getting paid?

How can we go about getting paid?
