Am I within my legal right to pursue unpaid check and bonuses that where promised after the completion of training, Is there anything I can do. I put in my resignation, and two weeks go by no word from my boss, and then he hits me with a input your resignation in implying he fired me. He didn’t. I left because I was forced into a situation he groomed me into. There was no choice, and now the company isn’t doing anything to help me, I’m facing homelessness, and am a veteran and I’m running out of options for my partner and I, and I’m scared for our well being. Any advice is appreciated. Also have all the evidence I could ever need ie: text and photos. I’m desperate and feel as if they get there way I’m screwed and nothing will get resolved.
