Boss gave everyone an extra $175 a month due to gas prices.

I wanted to share this story with this sub as a change of pace. There are owners/boss’s who care about their employees and not just their own pockets, we just have to find them and shine a light on them for others to see. My GM/Co-Owner pulled me aside this morning letting me know that my next check was going to look a little funny. Said he was adding an extra $175 a month to everyone’s next hourly check(I work as a full commission sales rep) due to higher gas prices. It’s not put against our draw and said he will continue to do this until further notice. Sales are little slower now due to inflation/higher interest rates. $175 isn’t a crazy amount of money, but it was the thought that meant a lot to me. Shows he respects and cares about his staff.
