Boss gets all the holidays off

I work at a fast food chain. I’m going to use they/them pronouns to keep it as anonymous as possible. MY GM (general manager) is essentially my boss, and they’ve managed to give themselves thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s weekend off (Fri-sun). All my other coworkers are great to work with, especially my AMs, but my GM constantly reminds me how awful capitalism/not having a union is.
