My boss is a conquer and divide type of boss. I recognised his behaviour a long time ago but have only just started to detach myself from him. He has started noticing and has obviously singled me out. For example, he has moved me on my own so I’m not sitting with anyone which I don’t mind but it’s quite clear that he is trying to isolate me. He has also made bitchy comments behind my back.
Anyone dealt with this before?
The only thing keeping me going is the fact that I will be looking for a new position at the end of the year
