Boss hired me for on position (kp) now I’m doing the majority of the prep and running the entire kitchen every other Sunday

As the title suggests my boss is trying to “promote” me without a actual pay raise advise on how to get one I’m not going to do a chefs job for a kp’s wage that’s for sure but what would be the best way to go about it
