When I 1st applied for this job I stated that I wanted to work approximate 30 hours per week. I stated that I could work pretty much and any time frame from early AM hours to late pm hours and 7 days a week. I stated that I could work part time or full time whatever they had available. They started me at 16 hours per week. But then they would dropped it down to 12. I complained and I fought with the manager and eventually got it back to the 16.
Just recently I finally got him to give me 20 hours per week for 2 weeks in a row After 5 months of requesting it. Then he hires this pretty young blonde girl last week. He gives her 25 hours per week right off the bat. A scheduled change is posted immediately stating that I now have only 12 hours per week. And now the following week's schedule has been posted and I only have 8 hours per week.
I won't be able to pay any of my bills or buy food or anything with that little amount of money I will make. He's very creepy towards women and very flirtatious and it's obvious that hes given her the hours she wants because hes creeping on her. Can this be considered discrimination?
