I have anxiety and my boss calls me without warning sometimes and it really triggers my anxiety. I don't know how to tell them. We are work from home setup. I wish they can just message me if they have something to say sometimes because on call of course I have to write down what they say rather than if I see the message. I'm stressed from work already and I dread calling.
