boss keeps us over 6 hrs with no lunch

so my boss likes keeping everyone past 6 hrs without a lunch on saturdays. we're open 9 to 3 but always stay 15 to 30 min past the 6th hour.. where can I find a free lawyer or something.. and its in ca
