Recent change in upper management. I suspect new management was on my direct supervisor for missing a deadline on a part. I built the part in my normal time frame. A few days later I get called to the office and written up for taking too long.
The problem is that a lot of the substantiating evidence he cited was extremely misrepresented or outright fabricated. This would never had happened with old managment, and I suspect he used new management's naivety to blame me for his mismanagement. Union won't help, they say it's not a grievance issue.
I don't know what to do, I have to work for this person and I don't want to face retaliation. Any suggestions about what I should do? I hate having false accusations in my personal file.
I have accepted a transfer to another supervisor's department, but I haven't been moved yet.
