Just started at a new place. My new boss was ecstatic during the interview, pushed me to sign on offer letter. After I started he doesn’t say a word to me. Just “how’s it going” then every time we pass each other he just looks me up and down not saying a word! He is a dude, I am a dude. Why’s he doing this? Asserting dominance?
