Boss putting moldy & expired food Back out knowingly

Work at a convenience store in a small town. Boss has been pretty chill but she is a penny pincher. Our prepackaged shrink wrapped meats are good for almost another year. We have had them for about 7 months but they are already cooked and sealed. We noticed a bunch of the deli meats had white spores all on the inside looking moldy. Some had a gross liquid inside the package. Some also had weird colors in the meat. Basically she threw out the liquid ones & where it wasn’t noticeable “as much” (though very obviously visible) she said she didn’t want to waste them so she put them back on the shelves. Their technical expiration date like I said almost a year away. Obviously this is fucked up & I don’t like to be a snitch but also all our ice cream and ready to eat pre packaged foods…

Their technical expiration date like I said almost a year away. Obviously this is fucked up & I don’t like to be a snitch but also all our ice cream and ready to eat pre packaged foods such as muffins/cookies/etc are all expired like today I noticed some of the cookies were 3 weeks past their expiration date & brought up again & she just shrugged & said “nobody cares” I know people could obviously die from that, particularly the meats. Not only senior citizens (which isn’t excusable of course) but also anyone autoimmune or with a health condition. Should I report and if I were to who would I call as this isn’t a chain store or anything. Should I just let it be & know her business is doomed to fail or call idk.. FDA or OSHA or state agencies

Thanks.
