Gave my two weeks last week. Had one forsure offer on the table and a potential offer too. I told them I was going to the potential offer cause I was very confident in it and they told me they wanted to work with me. After being taken out to lunch for a third interview, i got an email a few days later saying I didn't get the job, which me and husband found weird cause the lunch and all other interviews went well. Come to find out that my CEO sent up a meeting with them and was pushing for answers from them (she's also been known give cease and disists) and she caused me the job. But what she didn't know was that I had another great offer up my sleeve but I'm pretty pissed about the situation. She talked to me about it and said she would clear things up with them, but I don't think she will. Can't be trusted.
