I started working at a pizza restaurant as a delivery driver and about a month into my job my boss started calling me “Bitch” out of nowhere? I know I should’ve set the boundary right away but i kind of just held it in and played along with it by calling him a “bitch” as well as “Princess”. But I’m a pretty sensitive guy and calling me “Bitch” is very disrespectful especially since I don’t know him that well. He calls this other guy bitch as well, so I guess that’s how he talks.
But how should I approach this? Can I still set the boundary? I can’t hold my emotions in forever. Eventually I’ll blow up and end up punching him in the fucking face if he keeps doing it.
