I do not take a lunch, most of my co workers do not take a lunch. Boss also justified not paying coworkers other time clocked in bc they weren't actively on a job, but still were required to be on the clock…lots of other issues, making coworkers drive their personal vehicles for job estimates but not paying mileage. I filed a report with the National Labor Relations Board today.
