Not sure what to do, I’ve always perform reasonably well at my work and during covid I’ve managed to increase my productivity and wellness by working from home.
Just when the company announce us to go back to the office I made a formal request if it’s okay for me to work remotely full time? But I still offer to go to the office on a need basis, so I’m not completely opposed to go, just when it’s unnecessary I don’t see why I should be forced to go to office just to sit and do the same thing at home.
So far I haven’t got a response, and other coworkers went back to the office, and the boss clearly favours them and he starts ignoring me. I’m not sure if I should go back to the office or not since they haven’t said anything about my request.
What do you think will happen? Should I keep on negotiating or just don’t bother and starts looking for other jobs ASAP?
