Boss testing our patience during the CUPE strike

I do education stuff, and my boss set up emergency programming while the good folks at CUPE are on strike (I love you guys stay strong ️). Which means I'm pretty much working around the clock, and I'm not the only one. Every single person at my workplace is working sick, injured, and over time. Every single person at my workplace has had other work emergency stuff recently dropped on their plate. Every single person at my workplace has expressed exhaustion and frustration recently. The irony isn't lost on me that we're being stretched this thin during a historic strike. I dunno why my boss isn't worried, I guess.
