Boss tried to lock my colleagues and I in the building against our will when our shifts finished. Melbourne-Australia

I work for Coles Supermarkets as a night-filler. I just finished my shift and finished all my individual work but not all tasks were completed as a collective. This manager then proceeds to threaten to lock everyone in against their will to get all the extra work done. He said “That door will stay closed and stay locked until all of you get the rest of this shit done, I'm not putting the passcode in”. Everyone just said fuck it and walked to the door so he had no choice but to put the code in. Is there anything I can do about this threat? It's the second time in my years working here that a manager has threatened to basically keep people hostage and do extra work without pay. What should I do?
