I am on a salary job in Arizona and as the title says my boss wants to reduce my salary and also pay for his tax penalties. He also wants me to pay for errors i commented in the past, which he doesn't specify. I had a verbal row over him trying to deduct “fees” on my paycheck. He actually did put in on my check statement as a “fee for committing errors” but I had him remove it.
I am looking for another job but in the mean time I have to deal with this. What are the legalities of him trying to reducing my salary and trying to make me pay for “fees” he comes up?
