Boss wants to take away our bathroom breaks.

Just like the title says. I work for a small, privately owned grocery store. Our bosses tend to bend the laws in their favor quite a bit (sound on cameras, not giving full breaks etc) It's been a busy week with easter. Today, five of us were working (four being female). While I was in the bathroom, my 17y old coworker was cornered by the bosses (husband & wife) “you cannot be taking this many bathroom breaks. It's been a busy week with easter. Today, five of us were working (four being female).

While I was in the bathroom, my 17y old coworker was cornered by the bosses (husband & wife) “you cannot be taking this many bathroom breaks. Everyone has had one today and you need to start monitoring the girls. Even summer (me) is in there right now.”

For reference, I had been on shift for 7.5 hours and this was my second break of the day.

Our boss also said that he will take our phones and watches away. Welp, I didn't have my phone on me. So I said that to my boss when he came around the corner. I asked if there was anything else he needed me to do at that moment, he said no, so I took my apron off and left my shift nearly two hours early.

Edit* the male coworker has digestive issues, the 17y old has bladder problems, and I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago for abdominal pains.
