Quicker story: 2 boss' on speaker phone
1 boss yelling at me then hangs up the phone. .
Attempting to charge me with undermining his authority
Need defense for meeting
Quick story
I have to make a decision because I'm at the “scene”. No one else can make this decision.
Boss is 3 levels above my position , calls and asks why I decided not to so something. I quoted the paper. He said u need to do “the thing” (which is away fro. the “scene”)
I said the magic trigger words
” if you say so”
Then his voice grew more stern and said you have to “do the thing”
I said my shift ends soon. And I can't finish in time.
There were other ppl that could have done it. But he wouldn't let them do it.
He began yelling and screaming on the phone.
FYI: I can't be forced to work past my shift
He has called for a meeting w/union rep. I'm not sure why. Cuz he's the one that yelled and slammed the phone down
I need to stress the fact that he shouldn't have yelled at me. I need to formulate the wording correctly.
