It’s a complicated situation but from time to time my boss shouts at me or some of our junior co-workers (once every couple of months or so) …. I work in a pretty relaxed workplace and my supervisor is my friend, he’s helped me with many things over the years. But from time to time usually when he’s having a shit day, occasionally when I’m doing the wrong thing.
He has a blowup. He immediately knows he’s done the wrong thing and try’s to make up for it.. but the damage is done.
It feels really unfair because doesn’t treat the other senior staff the same way, which is the part in the same things. It’s like a club and a big double standard and that’s what irks me.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how to handle this?
