Hello everyone, My boyfriend got a letter in the mail today from a company he left almost three months ago claiming they overpaid him by two grand and they want it back. Obviously this is super shitty, but we’re trying to get advice about how to proceed. We’re in Ontario, for reference. Does anyone know whether he legally has to repay it?
