Interviews are bullshit but panel interviews are on another plane of bullshit. I had an online interview today which ALL FOUR interviewers came late into. Not welcoming at all, no effort to make me shit less bricks. I was asked the most bullshit questions that weren't even related to the personal specification, which basically goes against their own policy that is published online!!!! I prepared all my answered based on the personal specification – what a colossal waste of my fucking life. I was also asked about a specific task that the role holder would be doing – this fucking specific task wasn't even stated on the job description?!
