I've worked for Bunn two years now in three departments. They are aggressive to employees. Enough that I've heard people get hit with you “get to work at bunn” using that loyalty over money rhetoric. They raise their voice and even yell when you even bring up talking about any sort of benefits, raises or whatever. They “allowed” us to work from home during COVID and now that people are starting to get COVID again they're not allowed to take PTO and outright told they're lying about it and that “you can get a doctor to write anything” when they test positive or that the take home tests are “unreliable.” Its 2022 and its like they took everything from a decades old playbook you would only see in comedy movies from the 90s and hit reply all to the company.
The President and vice are union busters who suddenly up and moved a warehouse to another state when they tried to unionize and it was totally unrelated. Recently they announced that no one would be getting raises this year and there wasn't money for it despite knowing that about the higher ups getting several raises, CEO included, and having yacht parties they felt free to post on social media (now deleted).
I can't take it anymore. They're aggressive, accusatory, and blatantly state outright how much our opinion as employees doesnt matter. They yell at anyone who questions the policies and i could hear one of my coworkers getting yelled at in the office repeatedly asking if he was representing a union. This town is too small for big jobs and im afraid of losing mine just for asking for decency. They cant give us raises but yells this is not a democracy. you GET to work for bunn at the coworker.
How is this all there is?
