“Business hours” = always working. “Outside business hours” = always being on call

I missed a slack message from my boss at 4pm on Friday, and was reprimanded this morning for “being offline during business hours.” I've regularly worked nights, weekends, early mornings, and through my vacations. I get emails from her on weekends. So tell me, does this mean I can start reprimanding her for trying to contact me outside “business hours”?
