So i worked in this dispensary and within 3 weeks of employment i called osha on them because they wanted me to use the bathroom outside like a dog (not an outhouse a fucking bush).
Ever since then it has been nothing but passive. It ranged from them making me do stuff not in my job description. They gave me the shittiest schedules and refused to give me any overtime after that. Also they refused any pto i would request.
Where i drew the line was i work at a desk job and they were trying to have me stand all shift because it would increase “productivity”. They also wanted me to pick up trash and do fucking gardening duties like wtf. I ended up calling in sick and went and turned in my keys that same day because even Hr was okay with this treatment.
I plan on filing for unemployment even though i quit and plan on saying this treatment was an osha complaint retaliation and will fill again with osha too. Any advice or comments is appreciated.
