Called in sick twice – they think I’m lying

Currently unemployed. Had to go to a mandatory info session from the National Service for Employment and Vocational Training (not American) in September. I called in sick with a migraine and the woman in charge was quite rude about it. They signed me up for another session, which was last week. I had bronchitis and called in sick again. The Service now treats me as if I'm lying and it's definitely making me anxious. I had a doctor's note both times so I'm in the clear but still… is there anyway I can help my case? I dont want to seem like a lazy bum who doesn't want to go to mandatory sessions. PS: doctors notes are used to prove you're 'actually sick'. If I cant show them a doctor's note, it can have consequences for my unemployment benefits, hence my anxiety. Edit: cleaned up my sentences.
