Now i don't if this is the place or not but since everything is still in the works I'm gonna be vage but also tey to be detailed so I work a company keys just call it pizza place. I've worked there for about 3 months in and over all its Been rough idk the vibe over all really passive aggressive but then I witnessed a few of my co workers aloneg with most notable my direct Manger participating about the use of a certain site and there opens on the people who use it. I took offense to that heavily and when I told them such they told me to shut my mouth I told them they couldn't talk to me like that and they preceded to send me home early due to that. And ever since them idk if it's because this askewed my point of view but I started to think about things in a more negative light. Like I'm part of a management team and we are are supposed to where a certain color. However I was giving the color of the people I was supposed to be managing because the boss said they were out of shirts. To things that happened recently like I had a coworker walk out and I had to work a 14 when I was supposed to work a 8 and when I called and texted my manager they didn't respond it didn't even get bough up till I did with them the next day. After this all I decided to reach out to highest ring on the later I could find. And what the basic told me was since we are a franchise and there the owner they can do what they want and i need to drop all of this now and I'm suspended with out pay till he can meet with me and make sure I forgot about everything.
Now I can alway explain more in the comments if yall think I need to idk just feel so lost
