So I’m new to this job, I’ve been here 4 days. So far, I’ve seen a total of 19 people either quit or be fired, a lot of the firing has been for really dumb shit. I’m treated really well for some reason, but I can’t say the same for my coworkers. I want to help them, and as long as my managers are treating me so well I think I can slip past them unnoticed until it’s too late. Any advice?
