I work in a state hospital as a housekeeper. I have had some problems recently with management. I was called into into the office “for a talk.” I feel like I have not done anything wrong but that management has been more than bending rules. I got my phone out to record the conversation but the supervisor was very angry and said it was against the law. I am in Iowa. The aggressiveness of the supervisor had me questioning. Does anyone know if this is against the law?
