A company I work for are practicing some shady business with freelance workers by offering them rates lower than 2016, then not allowing them to negotiate, holding a pencil for a job without confirmation and in some cases withholding the information on rates to make sure people don’t accept other work. The rate is also not in keeping with industry rate standards that are set by a governing body I want to report them for shady business practices.
