I recently had an appraisal with my boss and she has said she will be adding some things to my job description (which I have already told her earlier in the year that I am not willing to do and isn’t part of my JD). She acted like she was so understanding and wouldn’t want me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Now a few months later she is saying it will be added to the JD and if I don’t agree to it, it is up to me if I want to stay or leave this job. Can she do that??
