I am in Georgia. My employer approached me to sign up for mandatory CPR training. Everyone at my child care center is required to be CPR trained and must retrain every 2 years. They told me the training would deduct $25 from my paycheck. I do not have the option to forgo the training. Is this legal? Thank you.
