I was let go on Monday. At 12:40PM on Monday I exported a copy of our contacts from hubspot so I could work on them on my personal computer. At 1:00PM Monday I was fired. Today, they emailed me saying I was in breach of my NDA and had stolen CRM records. Can I be sued for sending myself that list of contacts? However, I was still an employee when I did that and there was no evidence or conversation of me being let go ahead of that 1PM meeting. Any advice would be helpful.
