Basically title. I work part-time in a German supermarket and live only a few minutes away from work, so sometimes I want to run errands in my 30min break. I know that I'm not insured by my work when I'm away, but I don't care. My supervisor is telling me not to leave work in that timeframe though. Is that even legal? And how should I respond?
