Although “Company” is an At-Will Employer, and we value the continued employment of well-performing employees, we request notice of resignation please pursuant to our established policies and procedures previously agreed to or if applicable a fully executed Employment Agreement. Failure to provide requisite notice of resignation will result in the forfeiture of all accrued paid time off (PTO). For the 4 weeks prior to the resignation notice or the resignation itself, whichever is longer and until the final day of employment, the employee will not be eligible for PTO time, to include but not limited to vacation, sick, personal, holiday, bereavement, or training days off, or any days paid by “Company” other than actual days/hours worked. For example, if an employee calls out or takes vacation for 2 days and then resigns the first day back they will not be paid for those days missed. Failure to give the appropriate notice as stated above, or to complete all job related duties, will result in the forfeiture above, ineligibility for accrued vacation payout and ineligibility for re-employment.
