I know Reddit isn't big on trans topics but regardless I still identify as genderfluid, my sex is Female. I don't like wearing skirts/heels/blouses half the time and would like to wear men's dress pants and button up tops.
I don't work with customers, just behind the scenes doing billing work, all over the phone stuff. My new employer doesn't even allow jeans, leggings or tennis shoes like most places around here, so with my first day coming up in a week and management telling me they prefer blouses and dress pants for women, I'm wondering how much of an argument they can put up with people crossdressing anymore.
