Canadians do I have a case?

I was recently let go due to what I believe to be wrongful termination. This was during my probationary period at a company I had just been rehired at. It had been exactly one month before they let me go. Two weeks before they told me I either increased my numbers or they would fire me (keep in mind I was still in training at this time). I was hitting peer acerage numbers my last week and over performing the people who had started at the same time as me. However, I was still let go.

The company claims this was after “I had a series of conversations with my lead” which is completely untrue as I was highly blindsided.

The company wants me to sign a release agreement. To me it’s very obvious they fired me due to unrealistic expectations that they didn’t have for other new employees, and because they didn’t know how to deal with my adhd. I had also mentioned to me lead that I was doing my best but having a bipolar episode, I was fired a week or two after that.

My question is, do I have a case to sue for wrongful termination due to mental health disability?
